Why the hell is Strayer in there?!?! My head hurts with PSU at 141. I understand "giving kids rest", but when Scott is the starter (as far as I know), and he didn't get to wrestle that much in the early half of the season, he needs all the mat time he can get.

What is the deal between Strayer and Scott? How is Strayer the backup when he has been ranked as high as #2 this year? Did Scott beat him in a mid-season wrestle-off?
Scott beat him at the PSU Open I think. Since then they've been in and out of the line up. There was a rumored wrestle off a week or so ago behind closed doors that Scott apparently came out of with the spot from. There were rumors about a Strayer injury too.
The week before the PSU/Michigan match Strayer and Scott wrestled off. During the match Scott bruised Strayer's ribs and Strayer couldn't continue. Scott has started since then, but he came down with the flu this week and couldn't go tonight. So Strayer was cleared to start wrestling again yesterday and since Scott was sick got the start tonight. Its all very confusing. Apparently they are going to wrestle off during the week to figure out who is going to start for big10s/ncaas.
Scott did win the Nittany Lion Open and beat Strayer 7-3 (Strayer took 4th). Also, from what I heard Scott was in control of the wrestle off with Strayer before he got hurt.
