About time people talk about this match up. I'm surprised nobody has any interest in talking about it. I mean it is only two of the most talented wrestlers to come out of HS. I can't seem to find anybody that wants to discuss this clash of wrestling titans anywhere and this is the first I've seen, ever.

Ok, I couldn't keep the sarcasm going any longer. Seriously though, has there EVER been a match-up that has been more anticipated, argued about, talked about, discussed about, posted about, argued about, anticipated, etc etc etc etc? Every forum that I visit always seems to have at least 1 thread about this match and when it finally comes to fruition.

Hendricks-Askren last year, and they weren't even at the same weight.

It is quite possible that Metcalf comes out and wrestles a different style for that match to try and take advantage. Do I think Metcalf will win? I have no idea but I know I will sure as heck enjoy watching him trying. Win or lose it could be the match of the year and I can't wait.

My memory of the Perry Hendricks match is that Hendricks blew that match by not chosing nuetral in the third. Perry wrestled the same match he always does, but he persistance paid off with hednrick's mistake/overconfidence in the third allowing Perry to use his funk. In my mind similar to the way Perry beat Letters his frsshman year.

Look at Cael Sanderson's wins....80% were by more than 13 points. He wasn't happy winning 2-1, thats why those type of guys go on to win Olympic medals.

I thought Perry tried to stay away from Hendricks a little more than in previous matches but I could be wrong.

Disagree. I think it has been Ness. 40-5 last year, 23-0 this year.

Dustin has gotten to the point to where his rare loss is an "event" on most any wrestling forum, I'd say his shit is without a doubt gear.
