I agree....no fall. Hard to get a fall when your shoulders are up on the guys side/stomach. I say the ref just got caught up in the moment.

Boy, everyone is counting out Perry. He is the returning champ and the same guy that dominated at Midlands.
I will be rooting for Tann, but I still think perry is the favorite.

I didn't have the angle, but others, whose opinion I respect (including an Ohio ref), did. I sought them out (crossing to the east side of the gym) for their observation. Their observations were based on what was the case, I think, BEFORE the ref got into position. So he was pinned, and then not pinned, and then officially pinned.
