PSU goes down...the winner of National Duals or Okie State are our most likely candidates, though I'm favoring the winner of National Duals. Right this second, if pressed, I'd say Iowa...but it's no concrete thing.

Duals winner no doubt. OK St. went where there is no competition and whoever wins the duals will have just won a meatgrinders as evidenced by what has happened so far. Then again the coaches managed to drop MN all those places DESPITE the fact they haven't lost since ISU.

OSU will be the clear #1 how could it be anything else? If iowa wins (which is the most likely scenario) then you'd put them at #1 over a team that they JUST lost to this past week? I dont think so...

If nebraska wins they might have an arguement I guess since they'll have avenged their loss, but considering they werent even top 10 coming into duals and the rankers hate moving teams several spots at a time I doubt they get #1.

If minnesota wins over iowa they will get the #1 but if its over michigan I doubt it.

Michigan has the ugliest loss of any of the top teams so far this year no way they get the #1 spot

Iowa is looking like the best team. If they or Minny win then I think they deserve #1.
How do you ignore Ok State's loss to Penn State?
Winner of duals #1, every one has losses, but the winner of the dual will have the most quality wins.

I understand that OSU just beat Iowa, but If Iowa gets through the toughest dual tournament, I'd have a hard time going against them. I don't know, maybe I just don't like OSU. Even more than I don't like Iowa.

I don't see Minny getting past Iowa in the finals IF they get past Nebraska without Schlatter in the line-up. Mellmer at 149 has been a turtle and he is going to go up against Burroughs and then if the Gophers get past Nebraska he will draw Metcalf.

That being said, I think the winner of Duals is the #1 Team. Okie State is a solid #2 behind them. Iowa wins duals, they are #1, Nebraska wins Duals, they are #1, Minny wins duals, they are #1. Michigan is not going to get past Iowa so I am not worried about that.

This is a dream year if you are a fan because I think this weekend throws not only duals into a complete barnburner but also the National Tournament as I still see alot of teams having some great individual point opportunities. Iowa, Iowa State, Penn State, CMU, Nebraska, Minny and Okie State.

Fun moment of the day...watching Malamura man up and take it to Rogers from West Virginia getting outweighed by 40-50 lbs. He was VERY physical in this match and he gives me hope that he might be able to stay with May and steal one tomorrow in their dual meet. I don't think he can pull something off against a guy like Fields but he might have a shot at May.

I would say 6 will either be Minny or OSU. Just gave OSU the nod with only 1 loss this weekend and minny went 2-2.
