Thread: BEST at 157?

    Default BEST at 157?

I'm rooting for my boy Gregor, but Poeta is an excellent fine tuned wrestler.

Poeta has to be the favorite.

I think Gillespie, Poeta, and CP (probably catch some flak for this one) are the cream of the crop.

Looking at the weight, CP's beaten basically every guy there at least once.

He's just got to put everything together.

I was probably remiss in not mentioning Henning too, being as he is a returning finalist with wins over two members of my "cream" however his 0-5'ish record against Becker kind of kept me away.

Based on this years results, there is no doubt that Poeta is the favorite. Of course alot can happen over the next couple of months, but Poeta is wrestling lights out. Poeta, GG, Kocher, Henning, Sanderson, CP are all capable of beating each other and it will be fun to watch it unfold over the rest of the year. Of course I am rooting for Poeta.

Has anyone taken down Poeta this year?
I wish I could kick Matt Dragon in the balls. In his Dragonballz.

As far as I know Poeta has given up one takedown this year.... Jason Welch got a takedown in the 3rd period at Midlands.

Poeta has a winning record against all of the guys in the top 10, except Sanderson, Leen, and Hluschak. Poeta has never wrestled those guys.

Poeta is the definite favorite, but c.p. would be #2 in my eyes he's beaten everyone there is to beat he's just so inconsistent...

Until GG beats a henning or a becker or someone like that I cant consider him up there with those two, although he has had great matches with cp and especially poeta.
