I say it goes something like this.........
    1. PSU
    2. OSU
    3. Iowa
    4. ISU
    5. Minn

I guess I have to agree with that...Minny hasn't done anything (especially out in California) to really impress me. Even the dual with Nebraska didn't end up being the type of match that overly impressed me with some key wrestlers out for Nebraska.

Minny will get their chance at Natty Duals and in conference play to move back up the ladder.

The one good thing is that this whole mess will be decided on the mat. Nothing will be left to argue about at the end. They all have a say!! Team rankings matter for this week and this week only.

So for the duals the seedings should be:
    1.) PSU
    2.) IA
    3.) ISU
    4.) MN

Decide the dual champ and lets go to St. Louis.

Anyway we all know the GOPHERS will stand tall in the end.

Assuming the seeds hold then, that'd set up two really interesting semi final bouts at National Duals.

Minnesota v. Penn State, and then the Iowa v. Iowa State rematch.

I am certainly okay, assuming Minnesota gets through the first two rounds, of Minny wrestling Penn State with a chance to get to Iowa or Iowa State in the finals.

I wonder where CMU will fit into this. If they come in at #5 then I have to assume they will get lumped in with Minnesota in the second round? That could be a bad-ass dual.

I say those won't be the semis.

Theres always that possibility, hence my statement "if the seeds hold."

hence, therefore, that being said...the way this year has gone we are almost ASSURED those won't be the semi's...look for CMU to crash this party.

It pretty clear Minny, PSU, UI and ISU will get the 1-4 seeds with CMU getting No. 5. Given that I would much rather see Iowa or Minny get the No. 1 seed and PSU gets No. 2 forcing CMU to go through ISU, and Iowa or Minny toi get to Penn State in the final. CMU is like a bee sting, you could flick they off with a bit of a wince, or they just may well send you to the morgue.
