Minnesota has to be a HEAVY favorite...unfortunately for the event, this is a relative down year for the Scuffle...but based on WrestlingReport's rankings, Minnesota is a 39.5-point favorite over Hofstra, 45.5 over Cornell, and an even 70 over Edinboro. (a sharp contrast to the Midlands, where Central Michigan is just a five-point favorite over Iowa, a 19-point favorite over Iowa State, a 34.5-point favorite over Illinois, and a 44-point favorite over host Northwestern)
Minny by fitty!
I'm still wondering how that tournament will be scored (team wise). Does anyone know for CERTAIN how they do the scoring - considering the fact that each team is allowed to have 15 competitors. I know Boise State is going to have two very sollid competitors at 141 lbs in Levi Jones and Cam Jones. As well as two more solid competitors at 133 lbs in Andrew Hochstrasser and Cory Fish.
Usually they bring X amount of guys and designate the point scorers. If you have two guys at 165 only one gets team points which is determined before the wrestling begins.

Have to agree with the sentiments expressed above. Unlike past Scuffles I think Minny wins this one in a big way as they could easily have 5 or more champs.
The NCAA selection committee just screwed the Gophers on seeding.
