Reiter rode like a rented mule.

Word on the street is Reiter has asked Fanthorpe for a ride home.

Fanthorpe gets riding time to pick up the 3-1 win. 4-3 Gophers

Live text...

Reiter in on a single immediately and Fanthorpe trying to limp leg out, stopped for potentially dangerous as Fanthorpe's knee was bent out of position. Another single for Reiter and Fanthorpe whizzering hard and Reiter re-adjusts to a single and they drive out of bounds with 1:55 to go in the first. Fanthorpe now with a shot and Reiter counters and now Fanthorpe working a front head with :45 to go with a restart from Allen. Still scoreless on their feet with under :10 to go and that's how the period will end. Reiter starts down and gets the escape and takes a 1-0 lead. Both are still handfighting, changing collar ties and underhooks. Restart with :53 to go. No scoring to end the second and Fanthorpe will have choice. Fanthorpe with a quick reversal and takes a 2-1 lead. Fanthorpe working the ride and now has riding time established and in control as Reiter can't seem to move up out of his base.

Wouldn't that be Fanthorpe asked Reiter since Fanthorpe rode Reiter?

Manny being Manny...I will say this...Cael has his lightweights giving no quarter and they aren't backing up...they are standing in and giving it everything they have...

4-1 Manny early in the third...takedown, reversal and Gallick with an escape...

4-2 and then Manny with a takedown, let up for a 6-3 lead...adds one for riding time and wins match 7-3...

Team score is now 7-3 also.

Rivera picks up the nice 7-3 win. Gets a little measure of revenge for the 15-5 whupping big Gallick laid on him two years ago. Minnesota up 7-3. Be real nice if Dustin could put up a big score this next match.

Mostly stalking in the first period boy both and Gallick working on a front headlock as Allen calls a stoppage with 1:54 left in the first period on a restart. Still locked up with under and overhooks as Mike Allen calls a stalemate with 1:00. Period ends and we'll start with Gallick on the bottom and out free to take a 1-0 lead four seconds into the second. Under a minute to go and Rivera with an inside step and traps the leg for two with :40 seconds to go and now a 2-1 lead as Rivera trying to ride out the rest of the period. Rivera hits a reversal to take a 4-1 lead right off the bat. Rivera approaching the advantage time and now Rivera cuts him free with :38 to go and Gallick attacking and Rivera with a lightning quick ankle pick and cuts Gallick right away and now pushing the tempo. Restart with ;06 to go. Rivera picks up the RT point and Minny goes up 7-3
