I agree with that. Most great wrestlers won't make it into an Ivy, though. If you can get into a Cornell, Navel Academy, West Point, Columbia, Harvard, Stanford, etc... go there and win a couple!

I grew up in Metro Detroit and the only lullaby my father ever sang to me as a baby was "Hail to the Victors" so my choice is obviously Michigan.

    ISU

Ivy league is Ivy league, but ISU is one of the top engineering schools in the country and has Cael as a coach. Not saying I'd want to go through it again but I had an awesome time. The whole town knows I had an awesome time.
You do the math..... I'll do the alfredo!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

Son of RYou -- surely you know your father is a bandwagon jumper. I've never met him personally but just through this message board it didn't take me long to figure that one out

One must keep it positive. Not a jumper, just like a winner.

(message to self - turn computer off when family is over)
Life's not the breaths you take, the breathing in and out that gets you through the day ain't what it's all about. It's the moments that take your breath away.

I had a real tough time with this. I wanted to vote for an Ivy for all of the reasons mentioned (great prestigious education). However if this recruit was me I would have to say Oregon State. I grew up close to Corvallis and I was a huge fan of OSU. I even got to wrestle with Gutches when he was at one of the summer camps. I am also a big fan of Jim Zalesky. Another plus for me at OSU is the recreational activities available close at hand. I'm an avid outdoormsman and in that area hunting and fishing opportunities abound.

I was also tempted to vote for Iowa. I was never on a title winning team. I've come very close several times but we were never able to close the deal. I know that at Iowa I would be in the hunt every year.

Iowa because I'm a homer and I'd want a shot at a team title. Plus iron sharpens iron. Right goferphan?

Edit: It would also give my family a better chance to see me wrestle.
