LOL, hey I always knew you loved JH. Nice choice Trusty. You should have made it a beer bet.

yeah tell me about it, I would have enjoyed cold one's anyday over Johny's mug under Gofs name. We'll save Beer Bet II for March, unless gof says otherwise.

125: Ness maj Kist/Clark/Hanisch 4-0 Minnesota (This is a minimum here in my opinion, Ness could tech these guys or stick them, Sanders just beat Clark pretty solid out at UNO)
133: Reiter dec Fanthorpe 7-0 Minnesota (Close one here, Fanthorpe had some big wins last year, and if Reiter shows up like he did against Rugg he could get knocked off. Reiter should win this)
141: Rivera maj Gallick 11-0 Minnesota (Gallick has had a little bit of a rough go thus far this year, I think Manny wears him out and racks some points up on him)
149: Schlatter dec Mueller 14-0 Minnesota (Figure Mueller will be looking to do the now standard deal with Schlatter and just keep the score close. Just depends on what Dustin allows him to, and if he can get his tilts going)
157: Schlatter dec Sanderson 17-0 Minnesota (Marquee match up here, and I like CP to take it relatively easily by like four or five. If he wrestles smart, and keeps it in tight I really don't think Sanderson can hang with him on the feet)
165: Reader dec Glasser 17-3 Minnesota (Nice little match up between a couple redshirt freshmen here. Rematch of the Fargo final. Reader has started the season off a little hotter so I'll toss this one to him)
174: Dretsch maj Artist 21-3 Minnesota (Dretsch by all accounts is the bigger more experienced guy. He needs to show up and put some points on the board here)
184: Varner dec Kish 21-6 Minnesota (Show me what you got Kish. I love Roger to death, but Varner has put up two in a row, and Kish looked lost at times out there against him on Monday. Love to be proved wrong here)
197: Bertolino dec Eid/Mal/McPh or whoever else 21-9 Minnesota (Berto has looked pretty good for the Cyclones early on this year, Minnesota seems to really, really be going with spare parts here)
285: Zabriskie dec Nord 21-12 Minnesota (Another nice test for Nord. Zabriskie is tough, but he isn't very big so we'll see how this one goes. Z will get after him so he needs to be ready to stand in there.
Going to be a fun one. Several close match ups and bonus points are going to be key in deciding this one.

I hope you're right.... When Kish wrestles a little P.O. he a greeat. A win by Kish here would really help his mental edge. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
