125-klimara improved greatly yet 125 may be the deepest weight in the nation next year.
133-come on-Logan , ramos, Graf Schopp and more return
141-Maple,port and a ton of others return
    149-seriously ?
157-I like this choice and was hoping he;d win it this year.
    165-DT returns
174-won't even win the big 4 when AH returns
    184-Ruth won't lose again
197-Rosholt came across as such a dick i hope he tears his knee out in pre season
285-I'm a big fan of Marsden-he could place top 6 in the B1G

you guys had a great shot this year yet Chewy and Klimara came up 2-3 points short each and of course Killer laid down for Q-PSU is looking like a dynasty.

I'm still trying to figure out if the Marsden comment was a compliment or insult...

Forgot about Howe, might as well post earlyearlyEARLY predictions for next year while I'm at it.

My enter bar is working if I use that little ripped page button but I lose all my other pretty buttons in the editor.

    125
    1. Delgado
    2. Megaludis
    3. Clark
    4. Patterson
    5. Zanetta
    6. Garrett
    7. Waters
    8. Thorn

Ya sadly unless Klimara continues to improve greatly, he did show flashes of greatness occasionally, he will be lucky to make the round of 12. Dang 125 is gonna be great next year

    133
    1. Ramos (finally pulls it off)
    2. Stieber (I don't want him to win 4, sorry Ohio)
    3. Graff
    4. Schopp
    5. Morrison
    6. Beckman
    7. Dardanes
    8. Mango

Another tough weight, but Morrison seems to have turned the corner (finally)

    141
    1. Carter
    2. Stieber
    3. Port
    4. Tsirtsis
    5. Henderson
    6. Ugi
    7. Fahy (makes Kentucky proud)
    8. Durso

Garrison doesn't have a chance in hell, moving on

    149
    1. Ness
    2. Maple
    3. Sakaguchi
    4. Alton
    5. Kindig
    6. Houdashelt
    7. Grajales
    8. Brascetta

Depending on how he reacts to his redshirt year, Kindig could finish around 3rd, or not even AA.

    157
    1. Dieringer
    2. DSJ
    3. Green
    4. Alton
    5. Pena
    6. Napoli
    7. Walsh
    8. Bradley

This is shaping up to be a 3 man race between Dieringer, DSJ, and Green next year

    165
    1. Taylor
    2. Caldwell
    3. Sulzer
    4. Monk
    5. Mock
    6. Jordan
    7. Glass
    8. Wilps

Basically gonna be the David Taylor show featuring a guest appearance by Tyler Caldwell

    174
    1. Howe
    2. Perry
    3. Storley
    4. Brown
    5. Kokesh
    6. Evans
    7. Heflin
    8. Walters

With most of this year's group probably returning and the return of Andrew Howe. It is going to be fun to watch Andrew Howe just murder everyone.

    184
    1. Ruth
    2. Rutt
    3. Lofthouse
    4. Steinhaus
    5. Loder
    6. Swartz
    7. Rogers
    8. Sheptock

Ruth wins easy but still won't be able to do math, and I get proved right that Jordan Rogers was overrated.

    197
    1. Gadson
    2. Meeks
    3. Schiller
    4. Gonzalez
    5. Rosholt
    6. McIntosh
    7. Campolattano (insert sarcastic comment here)
    8. Boley

Gonna be rooting for Gadson here, he is good. Rosholt could sneak into the finals, but Rosholt's like to choke at Nationals.

    285
    1. Nelson
    2. Telford
    3. McMullan
    4. Chalfant
    5. Felix
    6. Marsden
    7. Johnson
    8. McClure

I have run out of words

    Team
    1. Penn State
    2. Oklahoma State
    3. Iowa
    4. Minnesota
    5. Oklahoma

Now that I've sobered up and actually looked at everything. Penn State wins again, but won't win the year following. Oklahoma State could finish anywhere between 4th and 2nd. I honestly kinda favor Iowa over Oklahoma State but my belief in a God that loves me puts Ok State above them here.

bit of both actually-yet HWT. will be a bitch again next year. Not to belittle wrestling in the rest of the U.S. yet how many finals were all B1G ?? 125,133,157,285 and the only 2 w/o a B1G guy were 141 and 149.
I've read rumblings from a lot of PSU fans wanting vollrath or english in the line up over A.Alton.-any thoughts BBL ?

    OU's lineup:
    Patterson (AA)
    Brewer (AA)
    Maple (NC)
    Lester (AA)
    Lester
    Glass
    Howe (NC)
    Rutt (AA)
    Johnson
    Larson

Solid lineup. I'm thinking Coach Cody will have something up his sleeve as far as landing an upper weight transfer.

    Cornell:

    125: Garrett
    133: Grey/Dixon
    141: Cisneros
    149: Nevinger/Villalonga
    157: Realbuto
    165: Shanaman/Palacio
    174: Peppelman/Taylor
    184: Pickett/Congenie
    197: Dean/George
    285: Bennett/Aiken-Phillips

A lot of those guys have to live up to expectations, but if they do, they could well challenge for a national title. Amazing to think that somebody as highly-touted as Villalonga might be pushed from the lineup completely. That said, the depth is certainly there, even if the black plague hits that room. Their backups could probably win the Ivy League, and that's not a knock on the Ancient Eight.

Cornell's lineup is loaded with potential but outside of Garrett and Nevinger they are short on accomplishments. I don't want to short Peppleman and Villalonga but I think we all expected a bit more production out of them. Maybe my expectations are a little harsh, but this is a team that if they come together could be VERY good and they are VERY young. In regards to OU, they definitely set themselves up for this upcoming year to be their year with two favorites to win national titles and enough of a supporting cast to challenge for the national title.

I am still excited to see how Illinois develops next year since I think they could potentially win the national champ two years down the line.

Russ--I'll let BBL answer for himself. But on a PSU board there are mixed feelings about the Altons. A few are very critical and would seem to be open to change. The majority are very supportive of the Altons. It would be untrue to say that PSU fans in general want to see them replaced (although English & Vollrath are super back-ups--Vollrath beat Dieringer at the Scuffle). But, you can't put the two in the same situation. Dylan had a very good season and came up short in the post-season. Dylan was leading Welch in the quarterfinals until he lost a wild scramble late. Andrew had a puzzling season and it doesn't seem like it's been figured out yet. A few PSU fans are venting their frustration about that--but most are supportive. One thing's for sure, Andrew has tremendous talent. He's more than just a throw artist. The vast majority of us PSU fans want to support the Altons and hope for better results next year.
