This kid is talented... But as talented as he is he is that poor at school. My friend who wrestled in the offseason with him who wasnt smart himself once told me that this kid just isnt smart. So as much as a kid can try sometimes his intelligence doesn't allow him to succeed.

It was not an issue of grades with Colon. That I know for a fact.

Jeez...so much for retiring from posting!

Anyway, it's interesting to note that we're guessing that he will wrestle in the UNI Open tomorrow. I would assume that he'll go 133, and there won't be a mutual joint default between him and Wolfensperger this time, if both make it to the finals.

I would guess that Colon will go balls to the wall to try to take it to Wolfensperger now!

Actually, now that I think about it, Purdue's whole team is coming, so Quiroga will be in the field at 133 too. Maybe Wolfensperger or Colon won't make it to the finals.

    We'll see...

Its the least Colon can do for my fantasy team after leaving us high and dry. Failing a class because its difficult or because a student is just over matched is one thing, not attending class is another thing entirely. Good luck to him either way, its not a crime to miss a class but he may regret this decision later in life.

Does Cael have any scholarship money left?

You wouldn't put scholarship money on a kid with attendance issues. I'm guessing he goes D2.
