That's correct. The same as Gulibon's 4th place finish didn't count for PSU because he is a RS.

Yep the reversal was definitely called correct. Doesn't matter if a hand posted or not. Dake had a standing reversal. It's pretty clear when you watch it in replay. Dake was behind him with 43 seconds. Taylor started to roll at 41. Clear call.
The call that I question is Taylor and the escape at the end. I can't see dakes hands so I can't tell if his grip is broken but man that looked like 1.
