    I have heard rumors he felt too bulked up and wanted to drop to 197. Does this mean the rumors are true?

    I'm going to go with "Hotter/Colder" or "Higher/Lower"?

    He weighed in at 246 today. That seems a tad low to me.

    I continue to refer back to the NCAA weight sheet that Mark sent me a few years ago, most heavyweights in college are about 15-20 pounds lighter than they look.

    I'll always remember marveling at the fact that Mark Ellis only weighed 247

    Yeah, how's that working for him so far? I like him better around 260.
