All I'm saying is I thought he was 250-255 last year and it surprised me to see him weigh in at 248. If he won at 248 last year, leave him at 248 then. What a bunch of moody bitches you all are.

I do like the "pooping out a 157" idea though.

Kind of feeds back into my earlier point that most heavyweights aren't actually as heavy as we think they are.

Our starter last year weighed 300 pounds before practice started, our new Heavy weighs 270. They were freaking huge

No, my point is that I'm pretty sure he was 250-255.

So say he was, why all this heartache over 4-9 pounds that you're pretty sure he's lost?

I've already pointed out that it isn't a prerequisite for quality heavyweights to be 260+

I thought it interesting and when I asked what people thought he might weigh, Vais just kind of made my point that he thought he was 265 when he was 248. We'll as the season goes on where he ends up.

I typically enjoy watching the 240-255 pound guys wrestle much more than the 265-285.

On a related note, what was Rey? I'm thinking he was at least 265-270. Kind of the anti-Nelson, really thick through the chest.

Nelson is pretty proportionate. Big legs, big chest, big arms and really a "farm boy" strength.
