And it was first discussed back in March.

So long as he's been "living the life" (said in Tom Brands voice) which by all accounts he has I imagine the weight will force him to stay disciplined but I don't see it as something unmanageable since he's known he was going to be doing this for the last 7-8 months.

Other than Sanders most of the quality guys at 125 the last few years have all been pretty big at the weight.

Brancale and Phillips will be much more like Sanders I imagine. All the credit to Thorn though. This is a pretty big deal for the team for this year if they are going to challenge for the team championship. Selfishly I'm sure it's nice to make the team but I'm sure he could push Dardanes and pop in and out of the line-up but Brancale and Phillips I just don't think we're ready to step in and challenge for an AA at that weight.

Cody is a shorter more muscular Sanders .

Right, so I anticipate he'll be okay holding that weight.

If I recall there is a guy who wrestles for Iowa who looks pretty huge for the weight as well. That is a match I am really looking forward too.

I heard David Thorn only weighed 124.6 for his weigh in.

Hopefully J Rob addresses his size issue and get's him bulked up or it will be a long season for David.
