So I was on the Georgia National Wrestling Alliance website and apparently there is a Judoman who posts very regularly on that website as well. Was the Judoman that posted here from Georgia?

    GACoach,

I see that UNI has recruited a kid by the name of Jake Hodges to join the team next year. Is he a decent prospect?

We already have Joey Lazor from Georgia, who has done well for us off and on.

The kid is an absolute stud, he has really put his high school, Oconee High School, on the map. He will do VERY well for your Panthers. Ah, Joey Lazor, quite possibly one of the best light weight wrestlers Georgia has produced. I remember watching Lazor during his first few years in high school, very technically sounds, and incredibly humble. Truly a fantastic representetive of Georgia wrestling on the college level. It is great to see these southern boys given a chance to wrestle in college outside of the Southeast. Normally schools such as UTC, Virginia, and VT scoop them up pretty quick

Thanks for the feedback. The coaches apparently saw what you do as well, as they apparently held a wrestling camp down there and Schwab told me that Hodges stood out above the rest and instantly seemed like a great fit for the mentality that Schwab is trying to build at UNI. I look forward to seeing him go!

Lazor started as a true freshman his first year at 133 and did fairly well. After a redshirt year and some injuries, he's vying for the spot at 141 this year, and, I think, has an excellent chance of getting the slot. He has become one of the most exciting wrestlers to watch in the UNI lineup, as he is a go-er like no other and ALWAYS gives you a high scoring, wild match! I'm silently rooting for him for the 141 slot myself.

Yes, but if I remember his comments correctly, he didn't hide behind that, and openly declared himself as such.

Like it or lump it, I can always respect someone who comes up front and admits that they are a "controversial figure/communist."

He may have been a reincarnation of another fallen soul (Caspiantiger for those who were around) now that you mention the from the UK bit.
