You know, I think I would rather be a man than a god . We don't need anyone to believe in us. We just keep going anyhow. It's what we do.

What's the status on Phillips? Is he matriculated at OSU? If so, why didn't he wrestle? Also, why didn't Garcia wrestle?

Phillips is in limbo still but apparently working out with the RTC taking classes at Columbus St. trying to get into tOSU...Something that really impressed me last night as well was the crowd and quality of men in the crowd. I saw most of the RTC Dlagnev Escobedo Gavin Champ Kinds favorite man Chertow Mark Coleman Hrovat Steve Luke etc.. really exciting to see tOSU goin in the direction it is!

So is Magrum not wrestling this season?

The final phase of wrestle offs will be Nov 9th. The wrestle offs will be Demas vs Garcia and Camp vs Magrum. I think Magrum going 97 is an indicator of how good Courts could be this season.

I am definitely surprised at this outcome, but I wouldn't say I am totally shocked. Paddock is definitely no joke as everyone knows and he has had a year off to heal, bulk up and mature. I wouldn't have seen this lopsided score though and in the past, good neutral wrestlers like Stieber have blown Paddock up a bit so provided he stays healthy this year this bodes well for him to make some noise. Tough not to root for this kid, comes from a tough tough family with about 10,000 brothers, all who are great wrestlers.

Will the loser of Demas vs Garcia go up to 165?

Martin looked great last night albeit not against the stiffest of competition but it was to a guy that held Ethan Lofthouse to a regular decision last year wrestling up 2 weights. So in my opinion the loser of the 57 wrestle off will be splinter butt
