    133
No commitments yet, but the invites are out. Invitees: Minnesota's Chris Dardanes. Ohio State and Logan Stiebler declined.

    HWT
NW RSSO Mike McMullan (2012 #3) vs. Missouri RSSR Dom Bradley (2011 #3)

TR Foley & Mike Reardon debriefing:

Reardon bummed to hear that 'with the smoke clearing' that Jordan Oliver is not gonna wrestle 149', thinks that would be better for his long-term career, but I guess has heard he's now going 141.'

141 is fast becoming a bloodbath in terms of top guys.

I still think JO walks through it.

This is why i left him off any of my stupid lists -people close to the Okie program would say 141/149 equally .2 years ago maple had JO beaten until JO escaped and got a TD in like 4 seconds at 133. At 141 I don't see anyone touching him.

Maple was redshirting two years ago.

I have to imagine that you're thinking of Oliver's freshman year, and honestly I don't put much stock into matches that he had that year with guys that are still in college. He's two or three times the wrestler he was that year since he learned to control his weight.

Well, that was also Maple's first year in college (no RS yet), and Maple has improved by leaps and bounds since then too.

    But I'm also taking Oliver.
Jacob Schlottke---Gone too soon, and the world is a little less bright because of it. RIP, brother.

One, two, Evans is coming for you...

You are correct -it was 3 years ago and the score was 7-5 JO. E1TD2 in the last 7 seconds .for some reason JO's freshman year sticks in my mind more than his others ? AND that was the only year he was not on my fantasy team . First impressions and all that .
