Usually this type of hire means you are getting a free asst. coach . S&G coaches are available in nearly every sport -especially football. EVERYONE lifts and Luke will do his share yet his role ,IMO, will be that of an asst wrestling coach .

So, is the general consensus that this is a wrestling partner-type position first, training/conditioning motivator second, and the brains behind the S&C program third?
Now if they would just get some lightweight coaches.
