Run a quarterback draw with Tebow up the middle for a game winning touchdown.

Win the game in improbable fashion?

Tebow plays football. Football is now the most popular professional sport in America. Coincidence? I think not.

Yes, in an instant NFL classic, Timmy Tebow bested Caleb Haney by virtue of a mentally retarded running back. The only reason Tim has the ball is because Barber is slow.

If Tebow is so wonderful, why would the Broncos trade away a young first round pick for an old, injured Manning, who at best only offers a few short years of promise. Why not stick with the younger talent? Because the Broncos, more than anyone know what they have with Tebow: a limited quarterback with almost no upside other than henplays hard andis a good guy. Elway and Fox knew you cant win a superbowl ever with Tebow as a starter, so they got him out of town. Why else do you get rid of the most popular player in the Nfl you wasted a 1st round pick on? That says more than anything: the people closest to Tim know who he is as a quarterback.

You are waaay over thinking this, Vais. The reason they traded him is simple. Denver could not contain him. He had to be moved to the biggest city in the U.S.

Or because he was picked by the previous regime and front offices NOTORIOUSLY like to get rid of the previous regime's starting QB? San Diego did it with Drew Brees. Even Green Bay did it with Favre, who they wanted gone years before he "retired", but couldn't because of all the public goodwill he had...at the time. This is a common theme in the NFL.

So far, I've heard he couldn't win consistently in college (wrong), couldn't win a BCS championship as the starter (wrong), wouldn't get drafted as a QB (wrong), DEFINITELY wouldn't get drafted as a QB in the first round (wrong), would be lucky to ever start an NFL game (wrong), wouldn't be able to win at the NFL level (wrong), wouldn't be able to make the playoffs (wrong), and DEFINITELY wouldn't be able to win in the playoffs (wrong). So now the standard has been moved up again. Now, if he never wins a Super Bowl, people will say it's because he was never capable, and if he does win one, they'll just up the standard again. The guy is in a lose/lose with some people. He has consistently proven people wrong, why stop now?

Also, Peyton Manning is a 4 time NFL MVP who some people believe has a lot left in the tank. Not everyone, but some people do. I don't hear anyone complaining that Manning at his best isn't better than Tebow. So if he can replicate his prior performance, Denver made the right move. But still, the guys in Denver were NEVER behind Tebow from the very beginning, they've been "subtly" (and I'll use that word generously) undermining him since they showed up.

Sanchez is one of the worst QBs in the league, if Tebow can't beat him out then I don't know how anyone can forsee Tebow being an NFL starter unless someone makes the wishbone their offensive game plan.
