Do these assistant coaching jobs pay enough to support yourself or do these guys get other jobs and do this on the side?
Obviously it varies by school. The D-I official assistants are basically full salary, though I think that the extra summer camp money makes it a full salary.Quote:

I think that FM will be a great addition to Rutgers. Rutgers reminds me of Va Tech in some ways--2 schools with a number of good wrestlers, who get some good wins during the season, but haven't been able to do anything at NCAA's. Hopefully for Rutgers that will soon change. Frank will be a great motivator and practice partner and I wouldn't be surprised if he were a great recruiter as well. Hate to see him leave PSU.
