Thread: DT Interview

Dake said in an interview with Intermat that he "had Taylor pinned in Greco but Taylor cheated and used his legs to get off his back." That's not exactly word for word, but it was something to that effect.
    Am I cool now?

    Which explains his crybaby face.

Interesting that Dake's Dad was a AA @ Ohio. I am surprised that Gold & Quinn aren't here to chat that $hit up!

Think he was at Kent State, not Ohio.

Dake's dad was a state champ for Westlake High School. Westlake is a suburb within Greater Cleveland, which obviously has the best high school wrestling in the nation. He stayed local for college and attended Kent State.

Three time national champion Dake is a fruit of the Cuyahoga County tree.

Well he did win the first period 8-0, so he may have been pretty close to a pin. Didn't see it, but whenever you can claim to have scored 8 on DT, I'd keep bringing it up too.
