I have decided After much delibaration I have decided I will forbide my children from ever becoming Oklahoma State fans. From the constant stress of always having to be in the title hunt coupled with the crushing dissappointment of always choking at the NCAA tournament. I feel it is best I direct them towards a school like Minnesota or App State (never Penn State for as long as I live)

Re: I have decided Gofers will take as many fans as you'll send our way. I think if Gelogaev doesn't get hurt, they are right there with the other three who lost to PSU. That Oliver and Parks match with Ness could have gone either way. Gelogaev probably slaps on 10-18 points by himself.

Re: I have decided OSU will be fine, it's tough to be at your absolute best all year. Losing your best wrestler that late in the year was a crushing blow. Not to mention the never ending Benefiel saga and the fallout from that.
Parks just showed no urgency in his rideout loss to Ness, there were 10 seconds left and he made some progress (think Ness had one foot) and he didn't even try to kick out or spaz his way to an escape. Was mind boggling...

Re: I have decided I've seen Jordan Rogers wrestle a few times at the Jug Beck Rocky Mountain classic. Amazing wrestler. When he as a sophomore, he easily beat a Washington 2X state champ, a kid that had a scholarship at a DI school. It's always difficult to tell how they'll the success will transfer from high school to college, but he could be really good. I think OK State is going to be just fine over the next few years - maybe not national champs, but they'll always be among the top teams in the country.
