Default Dangerous First Round Match Ups (AKA the "Almost Upsets")

I've kind of skirted around the fact in some of my recent posts that I'm not a huge fan of my NCAA picks this year, I find them kind of boring. I've posted my upsets but I've created this thread to post the matches that I was tempted about but didn't because I'm chicken.

    Martinez v #10 Megaludis

    133
    Soto v. #4 Futrell

    285
N/A (Only two seeds I see vulnerable here are Myers and McMullan and I picked both to lose already)

I'd add Roger "the bracket buster" Pena as he meets DSJ 2nd round.

So are you saying Pena beating Mock is a first round upset?

No it isn't, I just thought I'd expand the thread to include the 2nd round.

133 Brian Owen vs Tony Ramos. Owen has been battling a back injury since high school. He could be a bracket buster and is a good choice for a dark horse AA.

Jensen I agree that Loder will beat Gambrall, but you have it on the list like your just throwing the weight class a bone. Gambrall is a legit threat to beat Loder and is a dangerous first round match up for him. Am I reading your statement in the parenthesis wrong?

mmm, now that I read it again, maybe you think there is more than one tough matchup in this weight and you are only adding one to the list.

I think the enigmatic Dieckhaus beats Scheidel at 184.
