I agree, that is a bad news for Ramos and Carter. Some of these brackets look to have been set up to exploit regular season upsets versus true seeding.

The NCAA selection show was a joke. 3 wrestlers were called team1, Joe Roth and Delgado at 197 lbs, Ness unseeded, Sonny Yohn in the top hvy bracket, etc.

Heavyweight must really stink. A guy with only 8 wins and almost twice as many losses gets in???

    Rey at #4? Wow...
Seems like a royal screw job to Flores to give Rey #4

Rey at #4 sticks out to me immediately as kind of odd as well.

Given that it opens up the bottom of that bracket beautifully for Tony Nelson though I don't know if I'm going to complain much.

I think Carter at #6 is pretty fair considering... Oliver, Steiber, Ramos, Colon he's easy at least the 5 do you have him beating Ramos again? Anyone?

Also, some of the guys getting in really amazed me? losing records, guys with records like 9-15??? 9 wins and you get to the National Tournament? I'm with you Jensen I won't complain I like Nelson I had him in fantasy so I've kind of taken him as one of my guys to root for even now that I'm done with fantasy

Had Carter not dropped the match to Colon you could have probably argued him as high as #3 seeding wise.

With that loss though you can't put him above Colon, and then the Big 10 guys are all kind of obviously ahead of Colon.

Freshmen year Molinaro got in as a WC & placed 8th @ 141, losing to Kellen Russell along the way.
