I should have known that! Tough loss for him at the ACC's this past weekend.

CD hails from Council Rock South (PA) also home of Father & Son duo Bill (PSU 150 1977) & James (PSU 165 2011) Vollrath...hence CD has a few PA & NJ kids on the squad. There should be a tariff on that export...

Dam , They let you wrestle with a club ? I might have won a match or two if I had a Louisville slugger !

Y K Y G O W........The website for your senior class (organizes reunions and other types of tracking) is closed to further comments. Seeing that one was like a kick in the gut, though I'm not sure why.

The school I wrestled at (not the one I graduated from) closed.

I had forgotten about party lines. The youngsters probably have no idea what those were. I know when we would try to call our relatives down in W Virginia (from Cleveland) they ALL were on party lines.

Guess I do not qualify as a youngster since I remember when we got our 1st private line!

I can remember watching father (Bill) wrestle back in the 70's--a tough wrestler!

.... when walking on a college campus to take graduate classes, and noticing how out of place I am in khakis, button down and brief case in lieu of sagged pants, trucker hat and backpack. (born in '71)

.... music (of today) sounds like "noise" and I have to find talk radio to listen to in the car.

Wrestled first match at 60 pounds (3rd grade), last match at 102 (HS). I was a late, late, late bloomer. I now weigh 255.
