Thread: Recent wins/losses raise questions

    Default Recent wins/losses raise questions

After the last week or two wins, losses, injuries and other things have given me a lot of questions going into conference competition and NCAA's...

Does PSU have it wrapped up now that Ok States got some guys is out?

Who gets the #2 trophy? Minny, Ok State, Iowa?

Is Oliver the guy at 133?

Does Carter AA after his poor weekend last weekend or is it another round of 12ish year?

Does anyone think Parks can beat Frank the Tank?

How many AA's does Iowa have?

Personally I think PSU wins, Minny #2 Ok State #3 and Iowa #4, I think Molinaro beats Parks, I think Oliver wins it all, I think Carter sneaks in to AA but 6th or lower and I think Iowa AA's at 25,33,41,57 and 84 with possible champs/finalist at 25 and 33

I never really saw Okey St. as much of a title threat this year. Z being out completely moves them out of the picture imo. PSU was always a pretty big favorite, and I think they still are. Having 3 title favorites(imo) and another with a great chance of repeating will be practically insurmountable. Not to mention the development of Megaludis, Alton, Mcintosh and Wade and having those 4 all be decent AA contenders. They won't qualify 33 and 41, but I dont think it'll matter.

Number 2? Very good question. I want to say Iowa, but they're yet to have a great team performance to date so I am not sure. Ok, I'll still say Iowa.

Oliver is the man to beat and will continue to be. He is elite in every position, and is probably among the most talented in D1 at any weight.

Carter will AA imo, he was set up to fail when the ranking services had him at number 1 imo.

I have said all year I think Parks CAN win, is he the favorite? Of course not, but I think he matches up well personally.

AA's for Iowa..hmm..25,33,41,57,65,74,84 and 285 CAN. Take two off of that and I'll say 6.

    It was Gold last time.

I had one with Gofer when I first started posting here about Mark Perry, but I never cashed in on it, and was never able to find the post again.

Gold cashed in big time after the tOSU-Iowa dual! I don't think he bet on the Stieber-Oliver match. He seems to know when to lay it on the line!

    Hahaha great sig Vais!

After watching Parks vs Ness yesterday. I think that Parks IS the guy at 149. Parks proved to me that he can do amazing things when he has to. Plus his gas tank is better than I thought. I use to loathe Parks, now.....I like him.
