The last one is the dual-component ranking, which is based upon each team "wrestling" every other team in a mock dual based on their rankings. One point is awarded for each win. For instance, Penn State owns "wins" against every other team listed, therefore they have 77 points (which, this year, is the maximum).

I love the pound-for-pound ranking. Great fun and definitely fuel for the message board fires.

I have a question about the ranking/scoring within a weight. Let's say 141 and 184 are both weights where the top six or so have all beaten each other, but 184 is considered a very strong weight and 141 is mediocre. Would the wrestlers at 184 have higher scores?

Surprised to see Honeycutt so low, did he miss a bunch of matches or something?
