How healthy is StJ? If he is not near full strength, I think he gives up bonus to Dake.

Vais--If that's true, why were the pairing just released--to add suspense? It would make more sense to do them now based on current season results. But I don't really know how/when they do it. But it sounds strange that they would have made the pairings before the season began. Unless you're calling pairings which teams were assigned to which sites. That I know was decided a long time ago. Now that I think about it, that must be what you were referring to.

Pairings or assignments should not be based on last years results. It should be like March Madness in Basketball (forgive for using that vulgar word).

We've known VT and Oregon State were in the ISU region with Iowa since the beginning of the season at least. I don't know why they do what they do.
To avoid criticism say nothing, do nothing, be nothing.

All they had to do was call me. I am always available to tell someone how well the Buckeyes will do.

All the coaches in the Iowa St region are former Hawkeyes with the exception of Kevin Jackson

Aparently the /bye counts as a match-so Michigan , Nebraska ,etc.-only wrestled once.
You know, I think I would rather be a man than a god . We don't need anyone to believe in us. We just keep going anyhow. It's what we do.
