Thread: Molinaro vs Grajales

    Default Molinaro vs Grajales

I haven't seen anything posted re: PSU vs Michigan. The most interesting match-up should be Molinaro vs Grajales. Anyone out there picking Grajales? This is the time to speak up.

In terms of the overall dual, here are my picks:

    125 Megaludis MD 4-0 PSU
    133 Stevens Dec 4-3
141 Russell Dec 4-6 (Russell is much better than Pearsall, but Pearsall hasn't been giving up many MD's and Russell doesn't usually pile up the points)
149 Molinaro Dec 7-6 (Molinaro beat him twice last year, but the B1G finals was closer, something like 3-0)
    157 Alton Dec 10-6
    165 Taylor TF 15-6
    174 Ruth MD 19-6
    184 Wright Fall 25-6
    197 Brown Dec 28-6
    Hwt Wade Dec 31-6

Hard to pick Grajales given how well Molinaro is wrestling and their history. I'm think Parks is the only guy with a shot against Frank this year...

Grajales has looked pretty strong this year, but I don't think he can touch Molinaro. Speaking of Molinaro, he must be leading the nation in riding time...

Heh, We all know how great of a rider Dake is, none more so than Frank of course. I think Frank spends too much time trying to turn after he gets a takedown. Having said that, his strategy has worked flawlessly this year, so I shouldn't criticize.

I'd give Grajales a better chance this year than last year. G is pretty damn hard to take down, and Frank gets taken down quite a bit.

I could see Grajales stealing a win here.

Franks not going undefeated this year.

    Unless nobody beats him.

    Brilliant!

To the surprise of absolutely nobody, I pick Grajales.
