Roberts with a quick td, and now he's got a boot in and is grinding on top working a wrist/bar combo.

First period ends 2-0, but Roberts has 2:45 RT. Roberts with a reversal and he's secures a 5 count.

Roberts nearly with a fall, they start the third and Roberts is up 7-0 (8 if you count the RT). Roberts with a tilt but can't get the NF.

Beavs now up 15-14 and Mike Mangrum is on the mat.

Mangrum with one TD in the first and 40 sec RT, gets a quick escape (Manley chose top to start the 2nd) then Mangrum with two quick TD/cuts. Mangrum breaks his headgear and is now sporting a chin cup. BIG blast double on the restart, and cuts him again. Quick go behind by Mike and he's up 11-3. Manley trying to slow things down, another go behind he's up 13-4 and he's going to ride him out.

Manley starts down and Mangrum cuts him to start the third. Mangrum gives away an unecessary roughness point it's 13-6, he gets a td off of a foot sweep, and RT is now at 1:10 for Mangrum. Mike puts the boot in and is working a turk, with :10 left.

Mangrum wins MDEC and leads 18-11.

Sakaguchi wins and the final score is 21-11.
