I hope Wiltz is right about DSJ. If DSJ is not 100% I don't think Brands will let him go no matter what. Without DSJ Iowa doesn't have a shot a beating PSU. With DSJ we can beat them. Here are my predictions

    McD 4-0
    Ramos 8-0
Marion 12-0 (I hope for a Fall here but Marion hasn't looked good as of late so going with MD)
Molinaro 12-3 (Everyone knows Frank seems to come up short when needing bonus. Kelly has a tank)
    DSJ 15-3
Taylor 15-6 (I don't think Taylor is that great underneath and believe Evans can ride him)
Ruth 15-10 (Ruth will get the MD here but I don't see a TF or Fall)
Wright 15-14 (Wagner has a gas tank and QW will get a MD)
McIntosh 15-17 (GG does absolutly nothing so can't see him winning this match. Toss up)
    Telford 18-17

IA wins the dual with DSJ 18-17 but can't win with DSJ. Should be a great dual to watch and I can't wait.

So, concerning 149, 165, 174, 184 (Molinaro, Taylor, Ruth, Wright) you only give PSU 2 total bonus points! I'll be shocked if PSU only gets 2 bonus points! In terms of who wins each weight, you could be right. 197 and Hwt will be decisive, throwing in also 157 depending on DSJ's status. A not fully healthy DSJ is no lock by any means to beat Alton. I agree that a fully healthy and conditioned DSJ should be favored.

Among PSU, Iowa, OSU and Minnesota, the only current starter that is out is DSJ as far as I know at present. And, starting next week, none of the top teams will have anyone out as far as I know. Again--not counting Deitchler since he's out for good (sadly).
No, I think our regulars are all relatively healthy. Wonder if Thorn goes up and challenges the other Dardanes at 141?

We need to get Danny Z back, it's a dropoff at 157 but not nearly as much as Ortiz is.
The NCAA selection committee just screwed the Gophers on seeding.

I had always thought that the 141 Dardenes was better than the 133 one. It's hard to believe that Thorn could do better challenging up a weight. Tough position for Thorn who was showing so much potential--but a good problem for Minny to have!

The longer Ortiz spends there the better I think he has been looking. He just beat a ranked Jackson Morse.

Seeing how Fittery and Abdurakhmanov have already majored Evans, I would be pretty surprised if Taylor didn't at least get a MD

Vais: I think you may have underestimated your Hawks...Montell should handle Pearsall, and 197/285 could go either way.
