my high school coach could beat all of us, but how much of that was him weighing around 300 pounds I don't know.

Yep, I understand this one is ripe for jokes. But Cael and a few others really can wipe out their teams in the room. I am guessing it will be a few years before that changes at Penn State.(IF they keep athletics after the child rapist deal)

Bill Demerary (Great guy by the way as is current Apple Valley Coach Jackson) was a big'un. He was a three time NCC Champion at North Dakota State at 167 and I think 177. He was pushing around 245-250 at AV and you didn't want any part of him, especially being around 112-115 soaking wet.

Just have to take my word for it. Branch would take Rosholt down and turn him every way imaginable all the while looking around at the other big guys making sure they were going hard and coaching them if he needed to. Branch was also the only one in the room who could beat Tyrone. Pat Smith could go with Tyrone for about 2 minutes and then he was wore out.

I would bet that Kurt Backus could beat everyone in the Iowa room right now. I would say the Brands too, but I think that Telford and Rasing are just too big.

Kolat is coaching down a NC now, and I can see him teching the heavy weights and taking their girlfriends out to a nice dinner afterwards.
