If Iowa breaks the record they deserve it, no asterisks necessary. They may wrestle some lesser teams (who doesn't?) but they also compete in what is almost always the toughest conference in the country. They have probably faced and beaten just about every single team who could have had a chance to stop them throughout the course of their streak. Give credit where credit is due.

We kid cuz we love. Take it as a compliment. Jesus you win matches with a coaching staff that cumulatively hasn't combed its hair in this decade. They must be doing something right.

I think Backes combed his hair when he was at Iowa State. Although not in THIS decade, it was within the last ten years.

It's early in the decade, I have hopes someone will sneak in and comb one of those mops in their sleep. They would wake up and all hell would break loose.
