Whatever...punish the teams that actually wrestle.

Think of it this way...they are the top 1 loss team in the country!

There's no clear dual team leader. Any of those top five teams can knock each other off. As for the D-1 tournament it looks to me that PSU has a clear lead there.

Interesting that Wade didn't drop after his definite loss to Nelson. Intersting also, that McIntosh only moved up one slot after almost beating the now #3 guy.

I think it's interesting that a guy would move up at all after a loss.

pm01--I would like to agree with you on this one. PSU certainly has a lot of top guys. But I think what will likely determine the NCAA title this year will be which team has the most freshmen be big point getters. All the contenders have a lot of promising freshmen. Which of them come through like McDonough, Dake, Oliver, Taylor, Ruth?

I think the D1 tournament will be extremely competitive...I agree that PSU is the favorite right now but, its extremely close. Even beyond the top 5 there are many teams with very solid lineups like Pitt, Ohio State (how are they only ranked 15th?) and Lehigh who could score a lot of points come tournament time.

Pitt has a few kids that could go deep at the tournament, they have a nice team.
