    Default Ian Miller

Kid is still kind of floating under the radar right now, but I've been really impressed with how he's wrestled so far this year.

Doesn't really have any super marquee wins yet, but I don't think (can't say for sure) he's lost yet against a pretty solid slate of opponents.

Seems to wrestle a pretty active and exciting style too.

He lost to Lopouchanski at the EMU Open.

He was a very college-ready high school senior. Explosive. Good power. Likes to hit big upper-body moves. Decent technique. Good from top. No glaring weaknesses.

As a sophomore, he was gave senior David Taylor a big scare at Ironman. I believe he put Taylor on his back twice and was winning at the beginning of the third period. I may be wrong on the details, but it was probably the biggest scare of all four of Taylor's Ironman tournaments.

He is Kent State's best recruit since Dustin Kilgore, and I would say he is pretty comparable to Kilgore in terms of potential coming out of HS.

I wish they had redshirted him.

most kids near their Rs year to acclimate to Div 1.yet 149 in the MAC is a little down this year and miller might just win the title . Plus with killer Rsing they need the points . also, Small has turned on quicker than most thought he would .

Scorebook says Miller lost 9-7 to Dan Osterman at the EMU Open as well.

Looks like CMU is not redshirting big recruit Joey Kielbasa at 149 either, don't sleep on him either
