With 9 returning starters, Case Western appears to be on track for an improved performance in 2008. Regional finalists David Manoogian and Drew Gardella return to lead the team into the season for long time head coach Bob Del Rosa. Both are the top regional returnees at their respective weight classes. Gardella in particular hopes to extend his season by two weeks and join returning qualifier Manoogian at the NCAA tournament in Iowa, where both will attempt to increase Case’s All-American count from it’s current 14.
