I am sure PSU will do the right thing. Permanent suspensions..........lifted at Big 10s, just in time for Nationals. It's all about the kids, you know.

The coaches at Penn State know what the words "permanent" and "indefinite" mean.

Just so you know. It's the administration at Iowa that used the term permanent suspension not the coaches. I think the Brands' were always open to letting Marion back on the team if he followed through with their super secret stipulations for redemption.

That is good to know. Still strange that "permanent suspension" was the official announcement when it seems that was not the intent, but I would prefer to think of the ass. A.D. as the DA who screwed it up.

In light of recent events, it is HILARIOUS for Penn State fans to mock the Iowa coaching staff for anything related to disciplinary issues.

And maybe Cael and Co. understand the definition of those words, but they sure didn't care to enforce the suspension that Long was under at ISU when he transferred over and was immediately back on the mat.

But that didn't stop you, now did it?

    Aaaaaaaannyways!

It looks like Cael has his hands full, and I hope he decides to do the right thing and get these cats straightened out ASAP. Championships are great, but not at the expense of looking like Iowa.

You'd rather not have a resume like this one?

Every team is going to have some trouble makers, lets not pretend that Iowa has more of them than other teams do. Just like recently at Penn St, Iowa has been under the microscope for decades. These things get pointed out and hashed over more when a top wrestler from a top school is in trouble rather than a top wrestler from a lesser wrestling school.

OSU, Minnesota, Iowa State and Iowa welcome you to the big leagues Badcat. If you plan on staying around, you'll have to get used to all the attention, both positive and negative. You won't have any more or any less of either than those other schools get, except Iowa. We get more of both.

hahahahaha lololololololol "looking like Iowa" you wish PSU could look like Iowa. Iowa has been and will be the face of and top notch program of college wrestling and truly the sport of wrestling in general. There's never been a season that I can remember where an Iowa team had two returning All Americans arrested for serious charges of assaulting an officer and rape among others...PSU is PSU a team and school that used enormous resources to get a great coach who did great recruiting and brought an NCAA team title Pennsylvania. Now PSU is the school that has two very high profile important athletes that are in serious trouble. PSU is PSU, they'll never be IOWA.
