Tony Nelson is another member of the ?physical specimen? club in the heavyweight class. Pretty ripped guy, but a bit undersized. He had a lot of good wins last year but definitely struggles with the bigger guys(evinced by his loss to the mediocre but massive Josh Wine of VMI). Still needs a takedown on his feet and it?s going to be hard to come by if you ask me. Is great on top at both riding and turning. As talented as he is, without some serious neutral development, I think Tony will be stuck at this spot without much room to get much higher.
I am curious to hear your opinion as to why Tony developing a takedown from his feet is going to be hard to come by.
To avoid criticism say nothing, do nothing, be nothing.
KR, if you have done this many times and can do it easily, do you have any body fat info to show how much weight added was muscle and how much was not? Since no one who has published in the ACSM or NSCA journals has shown that rate of increase in muscle mass (and those guys know a lot about strength and conditioning), I have my doubts. If you haven't/don't have access to body fat info, feel free to let me know when you will start someone on your program. If you can get him here, I'll see if I can arrange before & after body fat testing.
I'd be happy to be shown wrong. I'll buy dinner.
After age 18 it becomes harder to put on lean muscle Mass-w/out the use of anabolic steroids or HGH ,IMO, it would be impossible to put on 13 lb.s of lean muscle mass in so short a time frame-maybe if QW had been sucking down but that is NOT the case .
You know, I think I would rather be a man than a god . We don't need anyone to believe in us. We just keep going anyhow. It's what we do.
