With the start of competition a month away, d3wrestle.com will begin to preview the teams for 2007-2008. Today, we start with Gettysburg College.
Head Coach Andy Vogel takes over for Troy Dell, who left to become Athletic Director at Frostburg State University. Gettysburg returns two national qualifiers and gets sophomore 165 lb. wrestler Pat Doherty back from a season ending knee injury of a year ago. Undefeated Florida state champ heavyweight Bobby Christopher anchors a freshman class that should also see significant action this year.
