1995: Hwt (6th)
1996: Hwt (6th)
JACOB VOLKMANN
2001: 174 (4th)
2002: 165 (3rd)
2004: 165 (4th)
MACK REITER
2005: 133 (4th)

2008: 133 (5th)
It doesn't list their years? Maybe some of the skipped years are RS years.

Still looking. I know for sure that Reiter was injured his junior year but still qualified for NCAAs. He won one match and then lost the next two. Volkmann, from what I can gather so far, graduated with two degrees in four years, so I don't think he redshirted, but I'm not sure. All I can find out for Pierce is that he is now a HS coach and he wrestled Rulon Gardner a lot. Can't find anything on his college years.
But, the Reds are about to sweep the Cardinals, Michael Chandler (Missouri AA) won the 155lb. Bellator tourney and I am searching the net for wrestling stats. NOT TOO SHABBY!!

Alaskan Pale Ale. And I still have not eaten meat. My wife has gotten pretty good at the vegetarian cooking and I put 6 of the 12lbs. I lost back on (thank goodness). I've been following your suggestions pretty much spot on. Although the rooster my buddy was cooking up last night was tempting!
I have an email out to a guy called boomer@wrestlingstats.com. I hope he has answers.

Going into 2009-2010 Reader and Mike Miller were the only ones with chances, they both missed that year.

Billy was one of Minny's most talented wrestlers ever! But what you saw in college was exactly what you saw in hs. Billy refused to lift weights and instead relied entirely upon his natural wrestling skills.
He is now a major force in Minnesota hs wrestling.

The year that Jacob didn not AA, he was 8th seed at 174(sophomore year-2002 and not 2003) and went 2-2 and out. He was 3rd in the BT that year( he had a neat progession in the BT, BTW-4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st)
Re: Likelihood of a Freshman AA
And the year Reiter missed AA was when he ripped his knee up in the pre season then came back in February and lost in the Round of 12.
Re: Likelihood of a Freshman AA
Ok thanks guys. This is looking like a tedious endeavor!
