What about Boris Novachkov? He is a good example of a wrestler that gets left out of the discussion because he's not Big Ten. I have not seen him wrestle this year, and I'm not sure that he's had a lot of great competition in the PAC10 - Levi Jones at Boise maybe? But I wonder how he'll do once this all gets taken to the NCAA?

Another interesting wrestler at this weight is Josh Kindig at Oklahoma State. He's done well for a freshman. Isn't he like 20-6 so far? Seems to me like Kindig and Alton wrestled some in High School. But I may be wrong about that.

BN only has one loss this year, to KR. He has beat ZB, TN, MM and LJ. His schedule isnt the toughest but he is a returning AA so I think he is legit.

Personally a big Boris fan. I liked Jones last year but he hasn't done much this year.

Boris is in the thick of the title hunt in my mind. The reason he isn't getting much hype/respect is because he is yet to beat an elite 41 lber(save Tyler Nauman). His one match that he would have had an elite guy was Kennedy at midlands and Kennedy forfeited because of injury. He had a shot to launch himself into that top spot but lost to Kellen Russel at CKLV.

Part of it is not being in the Big 10, I will give that some merit.

Boris beat Bailey as well as Nauman.

I like Boris to finish top four this year.
