The word clearly makes it look like it's Russell and then the rest. Clearly, thats not the case.

The post from KR above where he lists the matches coming up this weekend: I think by Monday we'll have a much better idea of how this weight class might shake out. I think there is a pretty good chance that Marion will be No. 1 by Sunday night, but maybe I'm still screwed up over Iowa's pounding of Penn State. What I'd love to see is Russell beat Marion and Alton beat Thorn and Kennedy. I know that's sounds like I'm hatin' on the Hawkeyes (and I guess I am a little) but I promise to still wear my Hawkeye T-shirt on occasion. Besides, I'd like to see Tom Brands brandish that wild eyed stare over a defeat instead of a victory. P.S. It's snowing in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is the south. Not Cedar Rapids. I'm ready for sixty degree weather.

Not to hate on Cedar Rapids, but other than the weather I imagine it is alot like Little Rock.

I think Alton loses twice this weekend and Russell wins both.

Marion has KR @ HCA. I can imagine the Hawk faithful will be all over it. I like MM's chance to pull out a win.

AA has hung tough with KR all three matches. KR dominated MT in the Scuffle finals & decked JK @ the CKI. I think his match vs MM was a good baptism by fire for the true FS AA. I think he at least gets one win vs JK or MT this weekend. Conventional wisdom might say he has a better chance Friday night @ Rec Hall vs JK.

Given that Russell is undefeated and has handed the top 5 their only losses this year (save for Marion over Alton) one could make the argument that it is the case.

It's okay to actually write out names instead of using initials an insanely amount of time in one post. Cant even read this.

Not if he hasn't beaten one of them. Right now it's Russell, Marion and the rest. After this weekend it will change. It may turn out to be Russell and the rest, but not yet.
