The highlight of Taylor was downright impressive, SOO much movement and attacking, just crazy good level changes, and movement. Seems to be improving every time I see him, which is scary.

Yea that last TD by MM is off a failed neck wrench by AA. AA did get a double in right before that that MM countered but AA spent most of the 3rd period countering MM's shots.

DT looked good but it was one of the few matches where he couldn't get any backs. He had DSJ in one tightwaist tilt but no NF points. It was obvious that some of the Iowa kids had worked on staying off their backs particularly Ballweg. good 4 them. I think that there were only 2 NF occasions in the entire match actually.

Might not be the case but from the highlight it looked like McD wanted to deliver a message, as after the pin he stood over the kid for a bit and walked over his corpse, and then gave a nice glare at the PS bench. So, maybe he wanted to beat on him for a while first- "we're going to pound you guys tonight just like this". Could also be that he was just having plain old fun kicking his ass for 4 minutes too.

Maybe Brands makes his guys get a workout in if they pin their opponent too quick, a la Gable and Randy Lewis?

149; Molinaro thought he could pin an undersized Ballweg and he continued to ride him and try to turn him. Unfortunatley, Ballweg balled up and laid on the mat like it was nappy time in Kindergarten. Must be that agressive Iowa style belly defense.

157; Taylor and DSJ scrambled well, and I was really impressed with DSJ.

174; Here is another Iowa belly defense to keep their opponent from scoring. Kind of reminded me of a fuzzy caterpillar. But hey...Ruth isn't a world beater 'cause he couldn't pry Lofthouse's belly off the mat.
