In my book, Penn State has NOTHING to lose as they haven't won ANYTHING yet. If Iowa wins, I'll hate it, but it only means that the Penn State team will recieve their reality check and head into March with something to prove.

I feel like I'm on the 2007 TheMat.com forum now. I'm from PA and I'd like to see PSU do well but I'm almost hoping Iowa beats them just so some of the PSU fans will calm down a little. Let's hope for a great match.

Both teams are going to get a lot from this dual in my opinion. PSU definitely has learned that nothing is a given from here on out. I'm sure the team wasn't taking this dual for granted at all but the results indicate that they were not ready, as this was a bit of a blow-out. Iowa obviously gets a ton of confidence from this win, but they also can't rest on their laurels from here on out. The bulls-eye on their backs just got a little bigger.
