Last match coming up. Shawn Perry from Merrill, the backup to Schmitt against the NU guy with Sconny winning 19-15.

    Perry quick TD for 2
2-0 at end of one and Perry chooses down....and is out 3-0

3-0 entering 3rd and Grande choose neutral and Perry gets TD

Perry wins 6-2 with RT and gives up 2 for locked hands in last 20 seconds.

    Sconny wins 22-15

You saw him do that double take too ? He'd already dropped to one knee-after he cut Bug I don't think he even tried a shot-kinda glad as that match may have been still going on now.

Clearly Lane could not counter the elite riding skills of 200 lb Eric Bugenhagen.

Lane weighs about the same and for 29 seconds BUG threw in a 1/2 and just hung on Lane's neck. Looked like a 7th grade match where it was 1,1,1, then 30 second o.t.-Lane was not tired -but had he not chosen neutral it would have been 6-7 OT's.-2 small hwt.s who wrestled like 2 sumos. Both afraid to try anything..and LANE is on my team ....

Actually, I think that they both moved pretty well for heavyweights......they simply couldn't do much against each other. I thought that they were in shape. I'm guessing that bug is 230 or so, and Lane a little bigger. Here is a though: Berhow couldn't beat Lane, so J put in the then heavywt Nord whoj could beat him. Nord at 197 is both literally and figureatively a shaddow of his former self.
