I also remember people saying that VA Tech was ruining its own program and would never again get quality recruits becasue they did not release the Iowa transfers from their commitments.

Looks like the extremists on both ends of the spectrum were wrong.

No, what is a bitch slap is deliberately misquoting my question to make it appear like one.

As stated - I don't follow college wrestling all that closely and don't know if Dresser is a great coach or a great wrestler in the role of a coach.

Even with my lack of knowledge I know a #7 seed at the National Duals does not usually make its way to the finals on a normal year, so to assume its a result of a weakened field should be very common - if its not you have no analytical skills or are a liar.

I'm not an Iowa nor a Brands fan and usually cheer for the under dog, which is why I asked - Don't answer me if you're going to alter my comments for your own agenda in the future.

This is why I asked if it was a fluke or not... here's to hoping they continue to build on this.
