Well, he already answered that question a couple weeks ago in this interview:

The answer is no, they are no longer Buckeyes. They've both been granted medical dismissal. I don't think that's the official word, but they get they are off the team and get the rest of their school paid for. The flip side is that, since this has been granted, they can never wrestle for the Buckeyes again (unless they pay for their own school).

That's the deal. I might be a little off on the details of the rule, but that's my understanding of it.
