Thread: 2010/2011 Most Improved Wrestler

    Default 2010/2011 Most Improved Wrestler

I don't think I started a thread with this topic before the season like I tend to try to do, but this is always an interesting topic to try and delve into at this point in the season (albeit even more interesting after the next two weekends).

As far as my choice for this right now...its well known that I have no qualms about patting myself on the back when I nail a sleeper pick, nor am I particularly hesitant with self flagellation if I overrate someone but I haven't had many instances where I've got to come to terms with massively underrating a guy who was already on the radar screen coming into the year.

This year I did that with the guy I think has been the most improved so far, Mr. Josh Asper. Came into the year with him as a borderline R12 guy in my initial picks and all he's done since is establish himself as the clear #3 guy at 165 behind Howe and Burroughs.

Steve Bosak would probably be my runner up.

He's faced 2 decent guys and lost to both of em. Don't think I understand this.

He's went from sub-par to marginal. Nothing to write home about losing to Todd Noel. He can't help he goes to ASU though..
